Why Chernobyl
Chernobyl is the place of the worst nuclear disaster in the history of mankind, which took place three decades ago.
The Chernobyl nuclear power plant was built some 110 kilometers [68 miles] from Kiev, 16 kilometers from the Belarus border and 18 kilometers from the town of Chernobyl. On April 26, 1986, at 1:23 a.m. a blast resulted in the ejection of about 200 tons of radioactive substances, including 8 tons of radioactive fuel, into the atmosphere. The amount of radiation released equaled about 500 bombs, dropped on Hiroshima.
Over 145,000 square kilometers [60,000 square miles] were infected. Pripyat, the closest town to the reactor, was completely abandoned. This is one of the most incredible locations possible, as all things there remained exactly the same as in 1986, when a sudden evacuation took place.
Let the pictures speak for themselves.
Why with us
Chernobyl draws excessive attention of all sorts of adventurers. Those carrying expensive gear are a frequent target for fraud. People could promise to drive you to the venue unofficially, safe and quickly, but practically you just will not get there.
All that we do is official and absolutely safe.
