Russian authorities are going to single out fotball fans who can potentially violate public order before they enter the country for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the Russian interior minister said.

"We are already establishing a mechanism of exchanging information with [our] foreign partners in order to get information about fans who plan to come to Russia to do illegal actions in advance and to be ready to counter any provocations," Vladimir Kolokoltsev told Shield and Sword (Russian Shit i metch) magazine.

The minister added that the list of offenders barred from attending sports events is available at the ministry's website. As of now, there are more than 50 names in the list.

Eleven Russian cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg, will host the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
