Russian authorities are arranging about 640 free train trips for spectators of the 2018 FIFA World Cup matches, the Transport Ministry has said.

Holders of tickets to the tournament will enjoy free train and bus rides on routes connecting host cities with airports and suburbs. Subway tickets will also be free of charge.

The ministry added that it’s developing an online service to ease up the life of the World Cup’s foreign visitors. The service named “Fan’s Transport Guide” will simplify the booking of flights, trains and taxi.

The tournament will take place in 11 cities in all corners of Russia’s European part. The distance between Kaliningrad in the West and Sochi in the south of Russia is about 2,500 kilometers.
